Competitive Info Needed on Xerox 7500 Series | Print4Pay Hotel

Can anyone provide some competitive information regarding the Xerox 7500 series and the "Professional Finisher".

The literature I've found on the professional finisher says it will saddle-stitch 15 sheets and v-fold 5 sheets. What does this mean? Can it v-fold without stapling? Can it fold 15 saddle-stitched sheets?

Any other information would be helpful. We'll probably be proposing a Savin C3002 to compete with the 7525.

I did an email a friend on this (xerox) person anf they replied with "the same" so at this point I'm thinking both finishers are equal.
