With these acquisitions, CompassMSP is bringing together Cubed Group (www.cubedgroup.com, Miami, FL) and WorldwideIT (www.trustworldwideit.com, Jacksonville, FL), uniting two complementary companies to deliver a broad portfolio of capabilities to small and medium-sized businesses in the southeast US. These acquisitions are part of Compass’ plans to build a premier provider of managed services, including on-premise, private cloud and public cloud services for small and mid-sized businesses.
