Im a pretty big fan of what compass can do. Unfortunately we only use it for about 40% of what it actually can do.

I love the TCO feature but in the last several months prospects are not biting on the cost per page or the monthly spend the tco is putting out it seems. Most go back and show me where they don’t spend nearly as much as the tco says they do and then have little trust in the numbers they see.

I had one yesterday and used her numbers and came out with about 400.00 per month. She goes back to her invoices and shows me 100.00 less per month. I was under the impression that Sherpa was a tad more accurate than that. It’s not like she’s buying the toner off amazon either.

Anyone else have this issue with their TCO?

Sorry just saw this...I have not used it yet.  We're going through some training in the AM.  There seems to be two issues. First we need to validate costs/invoices and I know it's a pain the ass.  Once we get the validation of their costs then the meters are next, and I would then go the TCO.  Hope this helps, I should be using that tool also, will keep you up to date with what I see

I’m also not terribly thrilled with their cloud system or their app. The SherpaGo website is terrible in this day and age. I have been told their Apple store app keeps getting denied by Apple and they won’t give a reason why but the Android app is functional.

Our IT manager was discussing their new cloud access now that we have more remote reps throughout the state and it doesn’t appear to handle what we need. I dropped a ton of money on Sherpa several years ago and am now thinking about the what-ifs of having to do it again with something else. I researched all the ones associated with our industry but unfortunately not any others that aren’t directly indistry related. Seems like salesforce may have been a good option since it seems several of our industry software partners use it for their remote people.
