Wee've had our Comcolor demo for almost 18 months, I have a demo for envelopes on this system. Our current system is leaving a spot of ink in the edge of the envelope, is this normal or has is there a fix for this? Please help.

The envelope is hitting the first print head. It is probably a cyan ink spot. Make sure the envelope is flat (it can't be warped) and that you have the standard tray setting on envelope. Also have a tech install the new KG roller Mod in front of the cyan head.
