Columbus company Codex IT acquires Minnesota's EyeDeal

A Columbus managed IT services firm specializing in physician practices has made its third acquisition of 2023, this time expanding into Minnesota.

Codex IT expands its professional services in the merger with EyeDeal Consulting LLC, based in St. Cloud, outside Minneapolis, according to a release. Terms are not disclosed.

Chris Dean, owner of EyeDeal, joins Codex as head of professional services, according to a news release.
