CLP22 Fuser Jams

A CLP22 customer tells me that when they try to print a word document, that the first page prints fine (no color), but the second page jams in the fuser. Each time they clear the job and try again, it will jam on the second page, and always in the fuser. Any updates on this printer I could try?

Try printing a 2 or 3 page job from Adobe, if it prints fine then; check you’re setting in MS word.

Or change the properties to B/W and see if it jams, if there is too much toner on the page you may need a new fuser roller
