It would seem that it should be obvious, or certainly an exception. But you have gone as far as replacing the fusing unit and adjusting fusing temperature?
Did anything else change around the time this problem appeared?
Have you tried a new system under the same conditions and in fact isolated it to the particular machine?
If so, can you swap fusing units and retry?
What is the status of the drum/drums?
The drum seems fine, the image transfers fine, it wouldn't seem to be a pre-fusing image problem, unless it was a bad batch of toner. Corporate is taking over, I'll inform you of the results. Yes, it is OEM toner. A trained tech is working on it and has been in contact continuously with Ricoh on this.
