can someone tell how do i reply to my customer who is concerned about putting a 4510 on network, he's asking about citrix driver. I don't know what citrix is and how to reply

I'm no expert, but my understanding is Citrix runs on a Unix platform. Usually requires the mini PCL drivers and limited functionality at the output device. But recent drivers that Ricoh has updated supposedly offer additional functionality like duplexing. Bottom line Ricoh products can connect to this environment, probably depending on the version of Citrix. But you have to be mindful of sharing what functions you will be able to access. Best bet is to put it on as a trial, based on a pre-deterined set of criteria.
You may want to also talk to the provider of the citrix system. They sometimes like to tell the customer that HP is the only solution they will support. A little pre- work will help you overcome this issue.
