I know about CHAMPS, however we've never done anything with it, not saying we won't. Can anyone else help Gintel???

It might be great for those who aren't already deep into MPS but they don't have anything to offer us. We may engage it if we should have an MPS opportunity that includes many locations out of our servicing area but otherwise, I don't see it happening.

If you have mps engagements out of your area, use another independent dealers. No need to use Champs. In fact, if you want to keep the customer, DO NOT use Champs.

The problem I've had with using independent dealers for MPS is the highly variable SMP.

Most dealers have reasonable rates, but I've run across a few of our preferred partners who are charging 200-500% higher rates (I assume those really don't do MPS much, or do it poorly, but heck, maybe the rest of us are leaving 200-500% profit on the table).
