Board accepts digital copier equipment, service bid
The board accepted a bid of $347,174.02 to Atlas Reproduction in Casper for a five-year digital copier equipment and service contract. The bid from Atlas was lower than those from the other two companies that submitted requests for proposals (RFP).

A selection committee reviewed all bids in detail, considering price, equipment proposed, service and maintenance and the firm's capacity to meet the RFP specifications.

The new copiers will replace those currently in the schools and the Central Services Facility.
