Capsilon’s courses are conducted face-to-face or remotely via the Internet. Topics include basic lessons for loan officers on how to use DocVelocity efficiently, more advanced instructions for administrators and a review of the specific features that matter most to users. Each class is customized to reflect the mortgage lenders’ unique needs.
The courses are designed for existing employees who need a refresher as well as new employees who are being introduced to DocVelocity for the first time. Capsilon’s ongoing education courses can train between up to 100 people at a time.
