With its ability to scan up to 20 pages or 36 images per minute¹ – and up to 800 documents per day² – the imageFORMULA DR-F120 scanner is ideal for companies in industries looking to streamline paper-based workflows, including education, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and information and data processing services.

The imageFORMULA DR-F120 scanner simplifies the process of converting documents into editable electronic files, creating PDFs and organizing paper-based information. In addition, this device arrives bundled with Canon CaptureOnTouch, enabling scanned images to be uploaded and shared through third-party, cloud-based services such as Evernote, Microsoft SharePoint, Google Drive^® and Dropbox^™.³       CaptureOnTouch also allows users to preconfigure routine scan jobs for one-click operation, further increasing the level of efficiency provided by this scanner.

The imageFORMULA DR-F120 scanner, which supports black-and-white, grayscale and color documents, can handle a broad range of document types. For batch scanning, the ADF can hold up to 50 pages at a time, including thick, thin or long documents. For enhanced productivity, this device can automatically detect the color, page size and orientation of text in mixed batches and includes features to help minimize jams and double feeds. The flatbed provides an alternative for scanning books,  magazines, plastic or embossed cards and fragile documents, and can handle up to legal-sized documents.

The imageFORMULA DR-F120 scanner boasts a sleek design, featuring a user-friendly control panel that completes many routine jobs – including start and stop scanning, copying, filing and emailing documents – with just the touch of a button.

To help ensure that information is captured accurately, this device       comes equipped with technology that automatically enhances the quality of scanned images, including the ability to identify color documents from black-and-white, and adjust scanning resolution when scanning mixed batches of photographs and text documents. Additional features improve text legibility, straighten skewed images and remove shadows.
