Canon Sales Program "Solved"

My TSE is coming soon to launch this new canon program. Has anyone already had this launched to them? What does it entail? I am always ready for more training for my team if it is something that can be used.

I was not able to be in the meeting with our reps but did get some stuff from our Canon rep afterwards. It appears it is more of a guide to identifying customer pain points and challeges etc. I've got to read up more about it.
