Has anyone ever competed against the Canon CLC1180, and how has the pricing compared to the Ricoh models? I have a customer who is print-for-pay, and wants to see how we compare pricewise to this model.

Well... the CLC1180 is only 11 pages per minute. It's quality can't be touched by any ricoh copier.
They are different classes of machine, 1180s are obviously targeted at higher end graphics people who don't need large volumes, while the Ricoh's are targeted at the majority of customers who need reasonable quality and higher volumes.
