I just found this out in regards to the paper weight on the trays. I thought it would be great to share with all your sales reps.

Thick 1: over 28lb Bond up to 90lb. Index (heaviest with auto-duplex)
Thick 2: Up to 120 lb. Index (heaviest thru trays)
Thick 3: Up to 140 lb. Index (only thru bypass tray)

This is a great little cheat sheet, but it looks like you have the engine settings off a little bit. Plain Paper setting can be used for just about anything from 20lb. Bond- 28lb. Bond. Middle Thick is only needed if you are experiencing any fusing issues (i.e. toner flake) on 28lb. Bond. (By the way, there is no speed penalty with the Middle Thick setting.) Per Art's note, Thick 1 is for up to 90lb. Index, Thick 2 for up to 120lb. Index and Thick 3 for up to 140lb. Index. Note that Thick 3 is only available when setting paper type for the Bypass. You may want to adjust your last column.
