The Booklet maker is the SR 3030 with the MP C4500spf, we are attempting to saddlestitch letter size booklets from the print driver. We are getting letter size documents that have been folded however not stitched, can anyone help!!

Since you're getting folded output, I assume you have the correct finisher, but just for the record, the booklet finisher is the SR3020 for the MP C4500 SPF. If you choose 2 center staples in the driver and the output is on a single sheet, you will get folded, but unstapled documents. This is the only way to get folded without stapling. It should be impossible to get multiple pages to fold without stapling.

You know, after psoting this from the customers office. I printer two samples and neither came out folded OR STAPLED I then wen back to the customer and asked are you shure the machine folded the sample you gave me? She then stated that she had folded the document. She was printing from Adobe Reader, I changed the finisher to the other and still the same thing. I am going back to double check the the finisher is set to SR3020 and if that's not the issue I will then look at setting in Adobe Reader, any other ideas?

Just make sure that the actual finisher is the SR3020, not just the accessory in the driver. If it won't fold/saddle-stitch, I would be willing to bet it's not the right finisher. Keep me posted.
Still looking into this, in the copy mode we can fold and stitch, its goot a be the application or the driver!
Make sure that in Adobe Reader Page Scaling is set to None, Auto-Rotate and Center is deselected and Choose Paper Source by PDF page size is deselected. The application is overriding the print driver and messing you up.
