Buyers Lab has acquired ITEX Show?

Buyers Lab purchased Infotrends. They may have also acquired the Itex Show and seem to be moving the content of the event from a trade show format to a conference format, which may have a negative effect on the buyer attendance of the event.

Received this in an email, and I can't confirm or deny, can someone else help with this?
