HP and Samsung Honored with BLI 2014 Printer/MFP Line of the Year Awards
Buyers Laboratory LLC (BLI) announced the winners of its most coveted Line of the Year Awards in the Printer/MFP category, selecting Samsung Electronics America as the winner of its “2014 Outstanding Monochrome Printer/MFP Line of the Year” and Hewlett-Packard Company as the winner of its “2014 Outstanding Color Printer/MFP Line of the Year.” Bestowed once a year by BLI, the world’s leading authority on document imaging devices and solutions, Line of the Year awards honor the vendors whose products are determined to be the best in their respective categories in BLI’s rigorous two-month laboratory evaluation.
The selection is made by BLI’s highly experienced staff of technicians and editors after subjecting scores of devices from every major vendor to BLI’s exhaustive, comprehensive laboratory tests. The awards recognize the manufacturers whose product lines measure up as the best throughout these evaluations.

BLI Honors Top-Performing Color Printers and MFPs With “Pick” Awards
Buyers Lab announced the winners of its prestigious Winter 2014 “Pick” awards in the color printer and MFP category, with the honors going to models from Canon, HP, Dell and Ricoh.
Presented twice a year, “Pick” awards acknowledge the hardware and software offerings that measure up as the best in BLI’s rigorous and comprehensive lab testing, which assess a wide range of factors most important to buyers.
