I'm not one for taking surveys however this is the first I have seen in reference to print drivers.
Is The Print Driver You Use Costing You Money Or Slowing Down Office Productivity?
Your organization might be losing hundreds of hours of productivity each year simply because of the print driver you’re using. You also might be wasting tens of thousands of dollars each time you buy new equipment by purchasing sophisticated print drivers that actually don’t perform as well or enable as many of your MFPs’ features as the print drivers that come standard with your devices.
As part of its comprehensive lab tests, BLI evaluates document imaging products with various print drivers to determine which offer the fastest print speeds and highest print quality and which ones offer interfaces that provide access to the most features and require the shortest learning curve for end users. Now, we need your help. To ensure that our test procedures reflect the way document imaging products are used in office environments, we would like your input through the following survey on the various types of print drivers, including PostScript, PCL and GDI.
