The Billback Advantage Embedded Solution for eCopy ScanStation OP provides an easy-to-use and space efficient software deployment for professional services firms that require an integrated document imaging, distribution, and cost recovery solution.
The Billback Advantage Embedded Solution, which is offered by Thomson Elite in North America and by Billback Systems elsewhere world-wide, provides a single point of entry for both eCopy document imaging and distribution software and Billback Advantage document accounting software. The user enters a valid ID and accounting details into the Billback Advantage software operating on eCopy ScanStation OP and is granted access to eCopy ShareScan OP software without having to move to another computer terminal to complete the job.

eCopy ShareScan OP document imaging and distribution software transforms any eCopy Ready networked copier into an information hub that can be used to integrate hardcopy documents directly into the workflow of critical business processes, such as reporting, administration, document management, financials, human resources, and customer management. The user simply inserts a paper document into the automatic feeder at the copier, enters the appropriate information, and the system scans and distributes it using the selected enterprise application. ShareScan OP works with digital copiers from Canon, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, and Toshiba.
