Becoming an Epson Service Center

We are currently an Epson Gold Reseller and have a good number of Epson product in the field, but are not an authorized reseller. We currently primarily sell the C579R and did sell the C5790 supertank before it was discontinued.

We are looking for feed back from someone who is an authorized service center for Epson and some advise in this area.
