My guess is that one of the things that keeps Auxilio's clients happy is that they probably have an abundance of service, support & billing personnel that provide an excellent customer experience. If an OEM acquires them, they will eliminate some of the excess personnel that keep them from being profitable. At that point, the base of large healthcare MPS clients that Auxilio has will become profitable, but the customer experience will suffer to a certain extent.
