Chicago, IL. (PRWEB) April 22, 2014
Aspex Solutions, the makers of AppliTrack, the K12 applicant tracking system used by 20% of school systems in the United States, today announced the release of the AppliTrack One Talent Management Platform. Available immediately, the AppliTrack One platform allows clients to access through a single portal AppliTrack Recruiting (applicant tracking and onboarding), AppliTrack Selection (K12 applicant prescreening assessments), and AppliTrack HR Files (employee form processing and document management). Coupled with a district network integration, clients can access the AppliTrack One as effortlessly and as securely as they access their own desktop.
Current AppliTrack Recruiting clients may begin adding modules to their existing systems through the internal AppliTrack Store which allows for the self-installation of AppliTrack Selection, AppliTrack HR Files, and variety of other enhancements (K12 Job Description Library, Automated Phone Screening, and more).
To celebrate the release of the AppliTrack One platform, Aspex Solutions has released several new features:
HR Files Evaluation Package: An add-on to the HR Files solution, the evaluation package offers a variety of features that will allow school systems to effectively manage the employee evaluation and appraisal process.
TeacherFit Urban: This is the latest teacher prescreening assessment to be released under the AppliTrack Selection framework. Understanding that large urban school systems might desire a different set of skills than their rural or suburban counterparts, TeacherFit Urban is designed to predict the level of likelihood that a particular teacher will succeed in an urban classroom.
Interactive Reporting and Analytics Tool: A dynamic reporting engine allows for users to create ad-hoc, interactive, charts using applicant and employee data from multiple sources and electronic forms
AppliTrack Filer: Using ClickOnce technology, this is a free tool that can be used to quickly scan hundreds or thousands of paper documents into the AppliTrack One system, and have them filed correctly and in color, from any commercial or consumer scanner.
Artifact Storage: Employees may add pictures, documents, videos and more to an online portfolio through their personal portal which can be accessed by supervisors at any time.
"This is the first time the K12 market has seen anything like AppliTrack One," said Abe Reese, President and Founder of Aspex Solutions. "While other companies offer K12 talent management software, nobody has them under 'one roof'. We are proud to be the ones bringing the idea of a single portal to access every piece of applicant and employee information to school systems throughout the United States and Canada."
"The AppliTrack One platform is designed to help solve a real pain point for school systems throughout the United States- school district employees needing to log in to a variety of different systems to do their job. We are thrilled to offer a more efficient option for K12 talent management," said Keith Westman, Ed.D., Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Along with a brand new website, Aspex Solutions has released a two-minute video further detailing the AppliTrack One Talent Management Platform.
