Are Any Dealers Actually Selling Manufacturer Software/Solutions?

We sell Uniflow from canon and that is about all. I use the term "sell" loosely as we are not very good at software sales so we do a couple uniflow deals here and there. Other than that we use Square9 and thats about all. 

We are selling Ricoh DocuWare and have increased the content portion of our business big time.  In addition we also do a decent job with Ricoh ICE

Art, one follow up question. Did you start selling DocuWare more in the last 6 months since Ricoh acquired it or have you been successfully selling it all along?

I pretty much sell Kyocera Pinpoint Scan software on almost every machine. It’s cheap and it’s a great scanning solution that adds value.
