Apogee to buy Direct-Tec

Apogee Corporation has agreed to acquire Kent-based Managed Print Service provider Direct-Tec Group.

Formed in 2004 in Westerham, Direct-Tec is a provider of print, document and IT services for businesses and the public sector.

It has a number of offices, including in Southampton, London, Tonbridge and Salisbury.

Aurelio Maruggi, chief executive of Apogee, said: "This acquisition for Apogee helps strengthen our position as the leading multi-brand provider of Managed Workplace Services in the UK as we continue to drive growth in the European market. read more here
