EOS seller Koestner Office Products Inc (KOPI) has been acquired by US tech provider Marco.
Missouri-based KOPI specialises in selling, leasing and servicing office products, mostly copiers, and is a dedicated Lanier dealer.
KOPI operations and employees will be merged with Marco with the deal expected to boost the company’s existing printer and copier offering in the region. Marco has 46 offices throughout the Midwest, serving 32,500 customers nationwide. This marks the 17th acquisition by the firm in the past three years.
"This purchase allows Marco to further expand its technical expertise and services in the state of Missouri," commented Marco CEO Jeff Gau.
