The NY-based one-hundred employees recently acquired Amici LLC also provides complex document discovery for lawyers.
Xerox spokeswoman Christa Carone:"Considering that this is a small company and a modest-sized acquisition, it is not material to our revenue or earnings expectations."
According to Xerox's website, the company's services expertise is unmatched and includes helping businesses develop online document archives, analyzing how employees can most efficiently share documents and knowledge in the office, operating in-house print shops or mailrooms, and building Web-based processes for personalizing direct mail, invoices, brochures and more.
Amici focuses on the identification, filtering, production and storage of relevant data from paper or electronic documents, like e-mail, text files, memos, databases, presentations and spreadsheets.
