AIS - Advanced Imaging Solutions, Inc., announced today that as of January 1, 2019, it has completed the acquisition of Desert Images (DI) of Yucca Valley, California. AIS is an industry leader in providing office technology (copiers, printers, managed IT services, VoIP phone systems, and 3D printers) to the Nevada and Southern California markets. This acquisition allows AIS to expand operations and provide services to the Yucca and Coachella Valley regions while adding additional team members to its staff. “This acquisition is another great step in furthering our expansion plans toward achieving our long-term business goals,” said Gary Harouff, President of AIS. “We are excited to bring Desert Images and their client base into the AIS family. AIS will be combining the Desert Images and Palm Desert operations at their Palm Desert location (75400 Gerald Ford Dr. Ste 122, Palm Desert, CA 92211). In order to make this a seamless transition, Desert Images customers will continue to use the same contact information and work with the same DI team members. AIS now has an overall staff count of 95 employees and growing.
