Aficio MP C305SPF

I'm seeing these at around $.015 mono and $.09 color which is a little higher than the C300/C400. But, it has a much smaller footprint that allows it to sit on a counter versus requiring a cabinet which is a major benefit. If you compare the hardware cost and CPP to competitive systems, it plays very well as a desktop unit.

What type of hardware prices are you getting for the MP C305SPF?

We are selling more of these than the C300/C400 series. For a color MFP with a small footprint, this is really our only option right now. Hardware is priced just under $2,000.

Has anyone been having board issues with the MPc305? Have two of them in the shop right now. Neither had the HDD option installed and both were scanning and printing. Would the HDD option have helped? Ricoh is slow to get a solution. Both units were at different customers.

We noticed slow scanning and printing without the HDD also, dont know if we have had board problems with any though

Yes, however make sure your techs are updating the firmware and are doing it correctly, we had a unit locking up and found out for some reason the firmware wasn't taking.
