What's Eligible
New qualifying units sold and installed in end user locations between July 1, 2003 and September 30, 2003 are eligible for Ricoh Aficio League awards.
Only models listed in the spiff table for the July 1- September 30, 2003 promotion period are eligible for award. Any exceptions to the start / end date for a specific model will be noted in the spiff table.
Models placed on trial or demo are not eligible until actually sold and invoiced. Only new Aficio products qualify for awards.
RMAP sale/ lease transactions ordered and installed in the program period qualify for program awards. RMAP rentals are not eligible. DAPS and FBA orders/installments are not eligible for awards. The Ricoh ROED number should be included in the comments field of an RMAP transaction.
To be eligible for an award, units must ship from a Ricoh USA warehouse. Dealer or RMAP/DMAP customer must be invoiced by Ricoh USA for the serial number reported.
Only selling RMAP locations are eligible. Install-only RMAP locations DO NOT qualify for program awards.
Claims may be subject to audit, verification, and validation. Random phone verification to end users will be conducted.

I submitted 2-1055's and the 2090, stated they were rentals. The 1055's were approved and the 2090 was denied! Go Figure! 
I guess it worth a shot...
