Aficio 2090 Registration Tolerances | Print4Pay Hotel

Need help quickly, please. Anyone know what the tolerances are from sheet to sheet fed through the Aficio 2090. Have a client that is going to run a 200,000 run job through the system. Applying bar codes and variable data that will later be scanned by a bureau. They are finding that they have to address registration tolerances and when they ran a sample with an x on it and re-ran the copy, they found the simple shifted and skewed. Any feedback on tolerances and any possible adjustments to tighten the system up would be a big help. The client just dropped this on me tonight and he has a meeting tomorrow morning to discuss the job with their client. Please help!
