“We are excited for this next phase in our company’s history,” said AdvancedTek President and CEO Jack Sargent. “We are not the same company we were in 1993, and we think the new name and logo are a truer representation of who AdvancedTek is today and where we’ll go from here.”

For over 22 years, AdvancedTek has connected customers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota with technological solutions to their unique business challenges using a consultative approach that has earned the company a trusted reputation in the industry. AdvancedTek was among the first to champion revolutionary additive manufacturing technology by becoming a reseller for 3D printer manufacturer Stratasys in 1996. Since then, the company has helped hundreds of Midwest manufacturers and designers reduce costs while allowing them to produce concept models, functional prototypes, manufacturing tools and end-use parts faster than their traditional methods.

Sargent went on to clarify that nothing about AdvancedTek’s core mission or services will change. The company will continue to embrace emerging technology in order to help clients translate vision into creation, opportunity, and growth. AdvancedTek will maintain the same level of personalized service and support that became synonymous with Advanced Technology Systems.

AdvancedTek has continued to expand and receive recognition for its services in recent years, making the Inc. 5000 list for the second year running and earning its third consecutive spot on the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Fast 50 List. Moving into its third decade, AdvancedTek felt it was time for its branding to catch up to the progressive pace of its technology and services.

AdvancedTek’s new name and identity will be supported by a responsive new website, which will launch in the first quarter of 2016. Check in for the latest developments and updates as AdvancedTek continues to unveil its new image.
