Acronis Names New CEO With Plans To Expand MSP Base, Partner Investments | Print4Pay Hotel

Cyber protection vendor Acronis has hired Patrick Pulvermueller, the former partners business president for web hosting company GoDaddy, as its new CEO, with a goal to grow the company‘s partner network and sales.

“We will double down on our partner program and really make it even more compelling going forward,” Pulvermueller told CRN.

Serguei Beloussov, who founded Acronis in Singapore in 2003 and has served as CEO since 2013, will stay on with the company as a chief research officer, overseeing product and technology development, according to a company statement Wednesday.

He is also still on the board and remains the largest shareholder of Acronis, which is based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. read more here
