EOS vendor Konica Minolta Business Solutions France has purchased seven Sequoïa Group subsidiaries in the Grand-Est and Reunion Island regions.
Based in Metz, France, the Sequoïa Group is one of the leading dealers in the Konica Minolta network. Founded in 2006, the company employs 179 staff and reported sales of €36.5 million ($41.6 million) in fiscal 2017/18.
The purchase is part of Konica Minolta’s medium-term development plan aimed at consolidating its presence in strategic regions, such as the Grand-Est.
Konica Minolta Business Solutions France President Jean-Claude Cornillet said: “This acquisition has the advantage of bringing together a high performance distributor network that is well established locally with the power of the Konica Minolta Group.
