Dealer Service Engineers are Ranked Across Seven Categories:
- Individual Average (GPA) of all RLI courses taken over the last 36 consecutive months. Must have taken a hardware course within the last 18 months.
- RLI ARMS Training
- Ricoh Product Safety Incident Reporting
- Troubleshooting SC Codes and the SMC Report or Troubleshooting with the SMC Report V2
- Troubleshooting with the SMC Report for Color MFPs
- Registered for Escalation Intake Guide (EIG)
- Service Engineers who have not used RLI or the External Directory within the last 6 months will be ineligible to participate.
