For while I thought this was a mistake in my pricing and since I had a couple of the Ricoh A3 MFPs priced I thought I would save that question for a later date.  I confirmed today that my A3 color 25ppm have a lower price point than the same speed A3 black MFP.

Which begs to to ask a couple of questions, why isn't this case with all of the boxes and why are we still offering black MFPs when color can be turned off? All of this brings me back to why do we have so many models when you combine black and color ?  Would life be easier for dealers, manufacturers and manufacturers with less models?

Just curious if anyone has since this with your line of A3 MFPs.

You are correct.  The IMC2510 costs less than the IM2500.

Also note the price difference between the fax option for B/W vs Color models.  Explain the $173.00 difference????  Now look up cost on those fax options on the Vizient program.

As to the number of models.  I'm fine with there still being a full lineup of B/W and Color units however there are too many models and too big of a price spread when there isn't much if any difference from one model to the next from a manufacturing perspective.  They should probably go to the "Speed License" model.
