You are correct.  The IMC2510 costs less than the IM2500.

Also note the price difference between the fax option for B/W vs Color models.  Explain the $173.00 difference????  Now look up cost on those fax options on the Vizient program. 

As to the number of models.  I'm fine with there still being a full lineup of B/W and Color units however there are too many models and too big of a price spread when there isn't much if any difference from one model to the next from a manufacturing perspective.  They should probably go to the "Speed License" model.

I'll add that we are a multi-line dealer and Ricoh is priced way high compared to our secondary line.  I just keep selling Ricoh because my base of clients is entrenched in Ricoh and its easier to keep them on the same platform.  If I were a rep starting out I'd be pushing our other line.

The one good thing about the Ricoh B/W line is that they just run...forever...
