470/480 stacking

Has anyone had any negative feedback from customers about front delivery stacking with anything larger than 24" long? My construction company people typically print lots of 30" x 42" and/or 36" x 48"...all would prefer to send those copies out to the front, and stack them.

We have sold about five of these units and at least all four thought there should have been deeper stack tray to accomodate the larger size throught the front. Several customers resorted to make their own wire guides and cardboard guides to accomodate the larger paper.
