2055,2060, 2075

Art - I was originally told November(ish) and that was confirmed by our DSM a few days ago that we are looking at mid November.

Has anyone heard what the differences will be?

The Aficio 1055 is currently scheduled to be replaced in the November time
frame, as is the Aficio 1060/75. The products in November will be the
Aficio 2051/2060/2075, all built with the same engine and specs. All
systems will have scanning available with user based authentication
capabilities, Scan to Folder and Scan to FTP as well as E-mail. I do not
have any further details at this time.

There is no difference between the models except speed and price.

So far, I found this in the 2075 --- I would imagine the 51 and 60 are the same, I'll keep looking until something else official makes it here.

Many differences:

First the 2055 is actually a 2051 (51 ppm, cpm) device.

Z Folding avaibale for finishing, Embedded Software Architecture (similar to camon's MEAP platform).

The brochure states that the SR861 can saddle stitch plus sqaure fold and trim. Is this correct. The system also can be configured with a Plockmatic Bookletmaker.

A jogger is available for the the SR841. plus I read that the scanner is a Single Pass Duplex Scanner (Thought we had this already).

2060 is $500 less.
