Anybody seen outgoing fax image quality problems on 2018's? I have two of them that have "ghost" images around each letter of a document that is transmitted, also looks same on confirmation report. Copies/prints fine.

There are known issues with the FCU PCB. I think you'll find that the symptom is likely to occur on Type 2018 fax options that have a s/n prior to J9346703578. There is a bulletin that adresses this: B620-003.
These fax options are known to fail!! you may see "digitized output" on incoming or outgoing faxes as well as an occasional fax option not recognized by the copier. Usually the FCU is bad ,but sometime the whole fax option needs to be replaced.
