While product-based sales should continue to yield a steady income, the real opportunities lie with the consultancy sale. This gives a reseller a chance to use their expertise to add value and build longer-term relationships with their customers.
Why is this? The rise of the multifunction printer (MFP) has played a huge part. Now that most business communications are electronic, document management is becoming an issue for many organisations.
