With the release of the new AP900 (75 ppm) printers. How is your compnay going to handle service, plus the warranty. Please add to the discussion about the warranty and then select a poll response. Would also like to hear aother ideas if possible.

We will sell a cpp (cost per print) contract from day one.

We will have a flat charge for unlimted prints and the customer pays for the consumables.

We will use our standard MA pricing for 2015/2060/2075 series

We are not sure how we are going to handle this and are looking for ideas.
