These solutions can be Print Audit, Print Director, UDOCX, NSI, Planet Press, Global Scan, ECopy, JetMobile,...etc...

Pertaining to the installation and training. Do you charge for Professional Services or do you just include "x" amount of hours in the deal to mak this seamless for the customer?
