First of all... did a "friend" tell you this or did a "friend" forward you an email that said a "friend" had told them this? I doubt it'd be possible to remove every piece of info from your car with your name and address on it unless you live in a state that doesn't require registration and proof of insurance... doesn't everyone leave those in the car? I think the liability enters in when the customer is never informed that the machine is storing copies, and then later the information shows up in a damaging fashion. In that case, I think a Jury would be empathetic to a customer who says "he never told me it was storing those documents". Let's pretend I sell cell phones. I sell you a phone, and you use it for 2 years. At the end of your contract, you turn the phone back in to me. I didn't mention to you that the phone records every...

From: Ted Sent: 3/11/2002 7:16 AM Brian, as for me 4.5 years copier sales, but 17 total in sales. Copier sales to me are the easist sales in the world. Yes you have good and bad months, but everyone in business NEEDS what we have. Not so with other sales jobs. A business cannot operate these days without printers, faxes and copiers. Lately, you can add scanning to that list. With the advent of the doc mall and e-cabinet, once you get a customer using this type of technology, they will never...

Born in '69, thanks for the stroll down memory lane. Never failed a grade, but failed a test, ate worms, walked in my friends house without knocking and they did the same at my house. What we did knock was each other out a couple of times, well not completely out. Still walk around with both eyes, but my cousin did lose an eye by putting a stick in it by himself. Broke bones falling out of trees in my neighbors yard and crashing my bike. My friend ran over my knee going about 25 miles per...

Born in '64, dittos on the stroll. Rode my bike everywhere until I could drive. Even rode it into parked car once and dented the fender. I owned up (because that's what we were supposed to do) and went to the door and told the man. My dad paid for the repair, and I had to work it off with dad. I was more afraid of what my parents would do to me than the police. Only had to worry about grades if I made lower than "B", 'cause that was failing in my parent's eyes. No need for a cell phone or...

The silver bullet me be the new gWare Software that Ricoh is about to launch. gWare in conjuction with PCSM not only allows the law firm to track all prints but allows copies also to be tracked by a central print server and apply a cost factor to the copies/prints for billing purposes. You can even set it up to automatically email the data at a prescribed time. With this embedded software, they will no longer have to go to each copier and retrieve client code data and combine it with print...

Then have the administration settings on the print controller changed to show the Print mode as the priority there as well. I'll let you know what we find. By only selecting the Print mode as priority in the user tools of the copier, we would get the receiving print job light to flash, but it wouldn't light the print button...

Did you see the Today show this AM. In Orlando by the airport regular was $5.39/gal. They tried to interview the owner and of course they were not around. Then they asked for the employee to call him on his cell. The response from the employee was the owner said to "Please leave his property." You talk about serious price gouging....moral of the story is always fill you car up BEFORE getting to the airport.

$3.51 for regular, I've been keeping a good account of mileage, it seems I'm averaging 1,600 miles a month. My car averages 22 miles per gallon, thus I need 72.2 gallons of gas per month. Total at $3.69 per gallon is $268.36 per month for gas! Cell phone is about $120 per month, used mainly for business, thus I'm at $388.36 and then an additional $50 per month for tolls which would top me out at $438.36 per month. Add in oil change every two months at $30 (15 per month), tires every 30...

Could the number have been 5574 rather than 5447? The reason I ask is 24x36 is 5574 sq. centimeters. Try this formula while in excel: =((cell ref.*.394)*40%) This gives you one dimension =((cell ref.*.394)*60%) gives you the other dimension. Example (5574*.394)*40%) = 24 inches ((5574*.394)*60%) = 36 inches To convert centimeters to inches multiply by .394 24 and 36 are 40% and 60% respectively of a whole.

Art Here is my two cents worth. What goes around comes around in this world. Sometimes sooner, sometimes later. If and when we get to the point of people totally taking out the human to human contact in the sales process, they will then begin to miss that same human to human contact, and start to look to regain it. Its my belief that we will begin to see that very soon in things like facebook. Its a great way to help stay in touch with people. But once people begin to use it to avoid each...
