It sounds to me like you're not a "down the street" rep. The timing for the release of the product missed the mark. It should have been earlier in the year. Double Holidays Thanksgiving and the doom and gloom on the news has killed commerical sales, at least here in the NE. I'm suprised that Ricoh has no trade in promos for any of the B2C's, lets get over the Global thing and start giving take down dollars for the likes of Canon and Xerox.
