You are going to need to use Smart Device Manager NX. Its a nightmare to figure out the first time.

Art, I have Smart Device Monitor for Admin if you need it. I hate the new Smart Device Manager NX, it does a lot of stuff I don't need and doesn't do the things I used in smart device monitor for admin nearly as well. Importing a CSV file is very easy with sdma, open the program and make sure the monitoring is set to the right network (usually nothing needs to be changed unless you have a fairly complicated/unique network).
