Teflon coated paper drawers must be any industry first presumably to make sheet labels and ID tags slide thought the copier easier. Usually wristbands are printed using a specialized Zebra like label direct thermal printer. There must be some specialized media stock to move these very narrow wristbands through a copier especially where most wristbands are not made with plain paper, usually Tyvek.

What are your thoughts on the height of this new model? We sell many IM430f to hospitals and clinics, most are placed on a counter were the new IM460 will be just to tall. I don't think to many of these users care that this machine will print on 11 x 17??

@Kitz , you are correct, none of them will care if the device prints 11x17. If Ricoh wanted to add 11x17 it should have been for scanning and not print.

These new models are pretty much useless to me. Way too tall. I have so many customers with older Ricoh tabletop A4 machines that need to be upgraded and I feel like Ricoh is so out of touch that they've completely dropped the ball. In particular I have a couple of medical accounts that combined need about 70 tabletop A4 machines to be upgraded. As much as I hate having mixed fleets, I will be likely upgrading these accounts to either HP or Kyocera products instead of Ricoh. To add insult to...
