Re: Need Help for Print Solution!
I can't think of any way to duplicate a page (that's not just a driver/print setting/printstream issue, that's wholesale re-creation of a page) without getting a package that will do much much more (and cost more than you want to pay). How about setting up two printers with different default settings and having them print twice? If they aren't willing to pay, they either need to be willing to take extra steps or relinquish this request.

You need to create an embedded application supported by a non-Xerox brand copier. Ususally, each vendor provides Opern Platform for embedded application creation. Either WebDEV or DocuShare API (provided by Xerox) can be used for DocuShare file listing and transferring.

PDF-A requires files to be self contained with some key requirements being no security, font to be embedded, no multi-media, no javascript, no attachments, no transparencies, no layers and no acrobat pro binders. In addition to printing DWG's from AutoCAD, native DWG files are supported as part of a job set using Plotclient WIN. A full seat of AutoCAD installed on the Plotbase Server is required to support the Plotclient WIN workflow. As Bandit41076 points out, you can also get more info by right clicking on the job in the history line. Make sure your AutoCAD version that's loaded on the Server is as least as recent as the DWG file creation version.

I would check with the blackberry Attachment Delivery Service from your provider. There are several limitations on PDF's. http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgecenterpublic/livelin...deid=272285&vernum=7 A for why th Ricoh Scans are being effected. I believe they embed the images when they create a PDF. The Blackberry service only supports embedded images as TIFF only. I woud try to find out how the copier makes the pdf conversion.
