Our dealership has had 15 ship-ins in the last two months, and as our ship-in coordinator as a courtesy I always call the ordering dealer (introduce ourselves, touch base, provide contact info, that kind of thing). Every single one of those dealers report problems using the DMAP system. My most recent ship-in, from a dealership in Florida, reported that he entered the order in June but Oracle didn't process the order until September.
