Another thing all of these new machines including the 6502 and 8100 have is an insanely fast ADF, 120 sheets per minute or 240 images per minute duplex. Everyone that sees these comments how fast the ADF is.

A Selling From The Heart Professional Engages With Their Network!

Just keep swinging... It’s happened to all of us: One month, we're hitting home runs out of the sales ball park; the next, we're swinging and missing on every sales opportunity. The Copier Industry Fast Forward Twenty Years

The year is 2039. It's hard to believe that it's been 15 years since the mighty Xerox Corporation folded. One remembers that statement in December of 2018 that touted Xerox "Unable to Adjust". Recently we had a contest for all of the salespeople at Stratix. It was not a demo contest but more about telling the awesome Stratix story to our clients. There were judges and then group winners for each branch. The group winners would then have the face off. Years ago we had this contest and I failed miserably, I was so bad that I wanted to be shot. I have a hard time memorizing anything that has to be word for word, not sure what my issue is but I have an issue. This will make a good...

As a shout from my mountain top, sell solutions! There is a crazy amount of low-hanging fruit out there and nearly every customer I talk to with my hardware reps is telling me that they've been looking at content management solutions for HR/AP/AR etc. and most sales reps never bother to even ask. With the right partners in place, it's a much easier conversation than you'd think and the profit margins are pretty killer. We just closed a nice Docuware deal with 30K in GP and the hardware rep...

I honestly think its folly for a hardware sales rep to bring up solutions or software as part of the hardware sales cycle. It needs to be a separate conversation and preferably a separate sales rep. I'm not going to introduce possible objections into the hardware sales process or be the up-sale guy. Better to be the "I have a guy" guy. Beyond that, the "Solutions" my manufacturer is constantly pushing are overpriced and leave little room for the hardware rep to make money and just look like...
