Re: Saudi-Based United Carton Industries Company Invests in Digital with EFI Nozomi Corrugated Printer

Art Post ·
Ever since I saw the name Nozomi I was curious where it came from. I found this on wikipedia Nozomi ( Japanese : のぞみ , lit. "Wish" or "Hope," and known before launch as Planet-B ) was a Mars orbiter that failed to reach Mars due to electrical failures. The mission was terminated on December 31, 2003. Art, we've got a rep that covers York / Gettysburg and he confirmed this. He said he heard it went down ~ 6 months ago and they started reaching out to clients towards the end of 2019 to let them know. Gonna be a big change as Quality had a lot of loyal clients (also were giving away service at rates like .003 & .032- > I've gotta imagine that'll change quickly)

Day one has passed and overall, I'm impressed with the event. I actually ran into a couple of P4P members and finally after all of these years got to meet Lee Rummage from RJ Young. On Wednesday evening Oki hosted the evening reception @ Hiltons Signature Island. Food, drinks and networking, at this time I also had to the chance to meet Greg Walters (Death of the Copier) and now the newly elected President of the MPSA. Re: B2C defined

Eddie2Times ·
Allow me to comment on this for a moment. Ricoh B2C is a strategy, not a product. The conecpt of B2C came about as an effort to transform B&W customers into color. The B2C strategy was to offer a system that was equivalent to B&W systems in every feature and function, with comparable B&W CPC. Most importantly, systems like this did not need a color specialist to sell as typical customers were just looking to make sure reference colors were in place (ie red apples, blue sky, and...

Glory, I agree. Fortunatly I work for a dealer who is willing to pass along any discount he can get, unfortunatly, a lot of the "promo's" that RBS has, we can't match from a dealership standpoint. It would cost too much if targets weren't hit and we already sold at the promotional price. We are also fortunate enough to have the ability to sell off state Costars contract to SLG, NCPG for churches, ReMax and other contracts that are known. Re: Can a Digital Copier Scan to Dropbox?

GrantW ·
Great Post Art. Xerox have a DropBox app available for their new ConnectKey devices but the user has to buy a scanpack which cover X number of scans and has a 12 month shelf-life. The advantages of having it on the MFD as an App is that any user (e.g. at a college) can log in to their DropBox account and print or scan to / from their own account securely. We've been doing the same as you and circumventing the charge or need for an app by pointing the scan to a DropBox folder on a desktop.

This announcement is HUGE! For a wide format buff like me, this gives Canon the ability to compete with HP PageWide. It will probably be a few years before we see any print devices, but we all know time goes so quickly. In addition we'll probably see A3 ink MFP's also. Just boggles my mind that the likes of KIP, nor Ricoh has committed to Memjet's waterfall print head yet

Canon needs to make serious improvements to the technology, The Oce Velocity, and the Xerox IJP 2000 were both Memjet large format machines and both were epic failures. Why would KIP get involved with Memjet? The 800 and 900 series machines are doing great against the HP Pagewide. If Canon can implement there printhead technology into the Memjet Printhead we may have something.

3 Things Sales Reps Need to Do To Help Smash Their Sales In 2019

To everyone in sales, you can perform much better and become more successful, if you just learn to master with consistency the basics. Vince Lombardi , the great Green Bay Packers coach, once said that football comes down to only two things: Blocking on offense and tackling on defense, and those are the basics his teams spent 80% of their time on in practice. Many analogies have been made between sales and sports. It’s often been said the one key fundamental principle in sports is to focus...
